HELP!! I have TONS of spyware and stuff on my pc and spybot can't get rid of them cuz they're currently being used in my memory. Spybot then says it'll run it at restart next time if I want, and i click yes, but it never runs when I restart. How can i make it run at restart before everything loads like it used to do? Sorry for bad english

Update it first then try again. Also, get yourself a firewall.

You can restart in safe mode and then run Spybot. You should also try Ad-Aware.

Download/install BOTH Adaware SE & Spybot v1.3, go online & run the update programs. After that's done, sign off, disable system restore, & boot into safe mode. Do all of the above, then go here: http://www.webroot.com/downloads/ and download and install Spysweeper v3.2. This is the best program I have found to get rid of spyware. Then go here: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/sbdownload.html and download and install Spyware Blaster. Before running Spysweeper, do the following: 1. Turn off System Restore. Go to MyComputer>ContolPanel>System>System Restore Tab and check Turn Off System Restore. (Be sure to remember to turn System Restore back on after running Spysweeper.) 2. After downloading Spysweeper, be sure to Update Definitions. 3. Reboot into Safemode, and run Spysweeper. 4. After running Spysweeper, Spyware Blaster will go a long way in protecting your computer from becoming reinfested. However, be advised that Spyware Blaster will not fix spyware infestation; it is strictly for protection. thanks for the help... i got rid of SOME of the stuff. However, i got a serious problem still. I am getting constant restarts now and when I use spybot i find like 10 diff objects of something called Coolwebsearch and stuff... I downloaded a program called CWShredder which was supposed to be remove it, but it only got rid of like 1 of the files. Among this, Aol instant messanger now crashes whenever i message someone. Im guessing its because of these spyware things cuz it just started happening when i get this stuff further help>??
