Spyguard 2008 start up screen

I had Spyguard 2008 but was able to remove it with Superantispyware. The only remaining component is a red and white Spyguard 2008 ad screen that displays on system startup before the HP screen. How can I remove it?
If this fails google "Remove Spyguard 2008?" no quotes.

I must say that removing spyguard2008 manually might be easier than trying to run some remover program when spyguard blocks the tool. I would use spyguard 2008 removal in this case.
