Spybot's Tea Timer

I have installed Spybot on two machines in the last week (ver 1.4) and enabled tea timer for the first time. When a change is made to the registry, the window that comes up has the all and deny button chopped in half. Has anyone else who is using tea timer seen this and know of a fix.

Thanks Johnw,

Not sure if this is good or not but I found a link to a program I could download (reshacker.exe) that allowed me to fix the problem. The window now looks great.
