Spybot screws System Restore

I ran Spybot and deleted the following whioh resulted in rendering system retore inoperative;
The spyware(?) detected was:
Windows Security Centre. Anti-VirusDisableNotify:Settings and Windows Security Centre. Firewall DisableNotify:Settings

Spybot has a Restore feature. Click on Restore on opening page of Spybot, click on what you deleted by mistake, and click on restore.

To prevent future recurrence of this innocuous problem, you can safely tell Spybot to exclude those detections from further scans if you follow this little notice.
