Spooler won't start Can't add print

CPU/Ram: Pentium 3 960 mhz

I can't add a printer becasuse the spooler won't start. When I try to start it manualy I get a message "Could not start print spooler. Error 1068 the dependency service or group failed to start". Can somebody help!!!

When you say you are trying to start it manually, do you mean in system services?
Is RPC started? I believe the print spooler is dependent on RPC.
