Hello, I know, when printing out big image, Windows will first spool the task to a big file in some spooling folder then send it to printer. When sudden power-cut happen during spooling, a big file would be left in there and must manually be deleted. Can anyone tell me where is that location? I assume it should be in C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder. Thanks a lot.

Look in "C:\windows\system32\spool\"
You might need to run the command "net stop spooler" before you are able to delete the file. Run "net start spooler" afterward.
