DVD Decrypter, under the Tools menu you can specify the size of files to create.

This ISO File is on my hard drive. I can't open it with DVD Decrypter. This is not a DVD movie file. This is actually a DVD software ISO(its a map software). I am trying to split the file to fit on multiple CD's so that I can install it on PC's that do not have a DVD ROM drive.

What you're trying to accomplish may not work because the program installer is coded to read and install the map from only 1 disc.

If you split the file onto multiple disks, then copied the disks into a folder on the hard disk the way the CD was originally set up, I think that might work.

Any run of the mill file splitter will work.... but you will have to rejion back into one before it can be used a real ISO file.

if it is a DVD Data ISO,, you could just extract the stuff out, and burn to CD in whatever order you want.

To extract out,, try winiso
or ultriso

or even get a CD emulator deamon, it puts a fake CD drive on your system, and load the iso file into the fake drive, and copy the files off.
