Split an AVI without re-encoding?

Hi,
I want to slipt a large avi files into smaller parts without re-enconding, is there any softwares that can do this, I know there are softwares that can slipt a avi file but it has to re-encode the file and that takes too long and it losses video quality and I don't want to that because the avi files are not in good quality as it is. I've been looking for a software that would do that but couldn't find any, if anyone knows where I can find it please let know, thanks
