I can not disable my speech recognition in windows XP. It automatically checks it self no matter how many times i have tried to stop it. When ever I go to outlook, word, excel it loads itself and starts typing backround nioses or swearing depending on my frustration level. Help!

Here's the fix guys. Correct thing to do is: Goto 'control panel'>'date-time-language and regional options>'regional and language options'>'languages' tab> 'details'> REMOVE TEXT TO SPEECH (or whatever its called). Good Luck, Don.
