Hi all,
I recently got new speakers but I can't seem to get them to work. The first time I hooked them up to my laptop the pop-up that accompanies plug-and-play devices appeared, the one that asked what you want to do with the device or whatnot. Well, I said to use it as a microphone because I am a dummy, and now I get no sound from the speakers. If I am playing music via the internal laptop speakers everything is fine, but as soon as I plug the speakers into the laptop I don't get anything. I am positive that everything is hooked up correctly and the volume is up and all that.
Thanks for your help.

greenbear13, SWAG, can you select the speakers and RIGHTCLICK to access the properties menu and edit?
