speakers don't work after pc crash.

My PC crashed and I used the restore CD to get it up and running. I got most of my stuff back, but I didn't get any sound back on my speakers. I got a "No Sound Device found on this computer" I don't know if I need a special driver or what. I'm new at this computer stuff. Does anyone have an idea?

You have a Gateway, all you need do is run the driver disc supplied by Gateway and you'll have sound. When Google isn't your best pal

if all else fails try just removing the device and downloading a driver from gateways website
