speaker icon disappeared from taskbar

i went to control penal and then audio section but i can see a fad control of volume and there is a message that "no audio device"
what should i do?

... go to start run (type) devmgmt.msc [press ENTER]

... do you see any yellow markers?

... if not go to start run (type) mmsys.cpl [press ENTER]

... check/tick "place volume icon in the taskbar" ... if it already has one uncheck it then retick it (Apply)
