I am attempting to create a message rule l;ist for Outlook Express 6. It seems to be an endless task. I wonder if anybody has created such a list and is willing to share it. If so I would also need to know what the file name is that contains that list.
It's a losing battle though and with imbedded text it is hard to beat with message rules. There are fancy programs but these can also lose good messages. Once the spammers have your email address it is best to change it then NEVER put your email address in open text on the internet.
I used to get 120 junk mails a day. I changed my email address and have had none for almost two years.

I agree with Derek. Keep your primary email private and only use it for people you trust. Create another email on a site like Gmail or Yahoo or whatever you want. Use that email for responding to online applications, orders etc.
