There has been a lot of discussion about this over the years (mainly on the W95/98 forum). It's a losing battle though and with imbedded text it is hard to beat with message rules. There are fancy programs but these can also lose good messages. Once the spammers have your email address it is best to change it then NEVER put your email address in open text on the internet. I used to get 120 junk mails a day. I agree with Derek. Keep your primary email private and only use it for people you trust. Create another email on a site like Gmail or Yahoo or whatever you want. Use that email for responding to online applications, orders etc.
