I have Soundmax integrated audiodevice with Asus P4S8X-X motherboard.
What kind of microphon have I to use for audio recording?

You'll need to be more specific with your question. I'm guessing you're asking if this motherboard is limited to any specific microphones. The answer is NO, you can use any microphone you've purchased that plugs into the 3.5 mm jack on your integrated sound card. Along with a microphone plugged into the right jack (usually colour-coded pink/red), you'll need appropriate audio recording software to record the sounds coming from your microphone onto your computer. Since you're posting in the "Windows XP" section, your computer should generally be equipped with "Sound Recorder" which can be found by going to:
Start Menu=>Accessories=>Entertainment=>Sound Recorder

Note: Don't forget to tick the check box for either "What U Hear" or "Microphone" in "Recording Control" which can be accessed through "Sounds and Audio Devices" in the "Control Panel"
