Sound stops working after loading.

I would play sound from Real Player and it would work fine. I would later shut down the computer and turn it back on. When it comes up, it decides that it doesnt want to work and when I check the connections, it says no driver detected. But when I turn it off and on again, it starts to work again... Do you know what I can do to fix this problem... In Leymans....

I have fixed a few things like this. The sound card will work, and then i restart and it doesn't. Sometimes i just take the card and change the PCI slot its in, it reloads all the appropriate drivers and it seems to work fine.
