sound probs

CPU/Ram: 256mb of ram

when i put a cd in, i put me headphones in the TOWER (no space to put in speakers) and no sound comes back.

please help

Take your TOWER back apart and remove the headphones. The headphones go on the outside. hehe, j/k

Try plugging the headphones into the jack that is located on the CDROM itself.

The only other thing I can think of is to check to make sure the CD volume is not muted. Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Volume Control.
