I have another one with a problem.This one is my wife's laptop.I have no sound but she has told me that it comes and goes.All help is appreciated.

She might have one program that she runs sometimes that is changing the volume settings.
Jennifer the sound is not working.I did go to the device manager and updated all of the drivers.Still no sound.Is that what you were talking about.If not how do you go about reinstalling the Audio drivers?
