Naveen, This is a common problem with Windows Media Player. Why, because they don't own the right to use those codec's to play movie files and you have to pay to use them. Microsoft requires you install other software like Divx and then it will use its codec's package when you try to play a movie with WMP 11. Your best bet is to find a different player or find more codec's and install them. You can use a program called "Gspot" to run on the movie file. It will tell you which codec's were used ..then go get them. There is one solution I use that is flawless. It's called XBMC. It's for XBOX1 and for the pc. It plays any file with any codec's(.mkv,.avi,.mov,realplayer,.flv,ect.)
