Sound card/driver missing..

I am having problem with my desktop sound system. The other day I formatted my D: and rebooted the computer and cant see sound system at all. I havent touched C:, where I suppose drivers and other settings are stored. checked the system information->components->sound device from accessories where didnt found anything. Can some one help me with what do I actually need to download? How can I know whether it is sound card or driver that I am missing? Thank you very much.. Networkid "Try more achieve more"

Go to the Dell website and look for drivers for you PC's model number. (hopefully your internet connection is working) That'll fix it. Rich Gu
