Sound blaster audigy ex problem

its trange , the problem started by all the eax effects dissapeared so i uninstalled and reinstalled everything and when i goto auto update on sound blaster site it sais "Some Components are corrupted" i reistalled again and again , but still same .
can anyone help?

Could you look on your Audigy cd and find this file and tell me what size it is?
sfman32.dll

Then look in your system32 folder and see what size it is.

I am willing to bet it is a SFP problem on install.
