That could be several things, but all of them hardware. You could try memory and CPU. However, it is likely the motherboard is toast.

If you do not get the initial single beep, the odds are pretty good that it's either the motherboard or power supply. Pulling all the cards except th video card and disconecting all the drives will help to isolate the defective unit. If you then get beep(s) it could be one of the things that was disconnected.
