ok i don't know how to explain you this, but something weird has been happening to my computer lately. say when i right click on this site for an example and the dialog box comes up saying "Back, Forward, Save background as, save picture as... etc" right.. well after "Set as desktop icon.. its all black like the rest of the options are all covered in black but as u move ur mouse down the list it shows create a list, add to favorites, view source and such but some of the black remains there as i continue to look down the list when i right click. so then i try the same thing move my mouse a bit right click again the same thing happens! what is going on? please help i know it must sound confusing

That is confusing, so I hope I'm understanding your problem. Have you gone into your "display properties" and under the "Appearance tab" Check and see what color your menu background is set at? If it's set at black, this could be causing the problem. Even if it was OK for a long time, some screen savers, and or wallpapers can change these settings. Let us know if this solves your problem. Sorry, I forgot to add that you'll need to choose the "Advanced" option under the "appearance" tab. There you'll find a drop down menu where you can choose to change the color of almost everything in Windows, menus, borders, backgrounds, etc. Musky If the voices inside my head paid rent, I'd be rich!
