Hi everybody.
I'm doing a sound recording job with Adobe Audition. After done, I converted the final .wav file to mp3 (192K bitrate) for sending it through e-mail. This recording has just two instruments, one panned fully left and the other panned fully right. The person I sent the mp3 told me that I disliked the fact that the instrument in the left channel sounds weak. It shouldn't be like that, so I checked it and noticed a really weird thing: Normally, I play my mp3s in Winamp, and this one sounds as expected when played there. But I've just tried with the Windows Media Player, and the left channel sounds annoyingly weak! I have no clue about this. Even weirder: I tried playing the original .wav file in WMP and sounds OK. The problem is just with the mp3, but again, it sounds fine in Winamp 5.09. I can post a link for downloading the file if you want to try it. Any input is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
