Did you change the default name and password of the router or are still using the default admin.password? Have you set the security features up, so that your neighbors are not using your wireless as their hotspot access point? Are you using encryption?

Did you update the firmware to 4.03.03? Is it using PPPoE or dynamic? If it is set to PPPoE, try setting it to dynamic.

try setting a new restore point AFTER you make the correct changes to your setting's sometime's little finger's can make a hard reboot and windows will auto restore to a last known good (last restore point set at reboot...didn't work then still won't)

Hmm! If the cables are good, maybe the router is defective. If it is still on warranty, I would contact Belkin and rma it.

are you sure this has something to do with the router?
