Hi, hoping someone can help. I'm not much of a techie so please be kind!
When I try to log on to hotmail and triggerstreet.com the page comes up completely blank and white - no error message, nothing. The PC thinks it has accessed it ok as "Done" shows up on the bottom bar on the left and the green lines fill up then go on the right.
I've heard it could have something to do with the blocking of pop-ups but how do I resolve this? And does anybody please have an idea of what else it might be?
Any advice hugely appreciated. Many thanks in advance, L

Thanks John, but tried all the troubleshooters and tried some previous advice on here re cleaning up the files etc but nothing seems to work! There must be a generic answer to this problem as it seems so common but I can't find one anywhere.

Maybe it's your privacy setting that makes it blank. I had that problem with hotmail bc the site has cookies... Try going to the Internet toolbar at the top of your internet explorer window and go to Tools > Internet Options... > Privacy (subtitle) > Drag the pointer to Medium. Hope this helps Cristallerine.
