Solved - windows updates won't work

This may be the solution to your problem, when you attempt to download and install any windows updates and get the following error msg: "The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view." 1)Go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910359 2)Print the page, if possible, for later reference. 3)download the 'Guidedhelp' software, if possible. Note: you may not be able to download same, in which case you will have to follow the MANUAL instructions, which is why having the opage printed out is a convenience. 4)Good luck!
