Solve Generic host process for win 32 problem

When i starts my PC every time ,it says the above problem. In technical window it says:

szAppName : svhost.exe ; szAppVer :5.1.2600.5512

szModName : Kernel32.dll ;szmodVer :5.1.2600.5781 ;offset : 00012afb

I am unable to hear any sound after the problem occurs.

Tell me how I Solve It.
