I am looking for a software that can reduce the size of the picture that I took from a 7 megapixel digial camera. I tried Adobe Photoshop 2.0 but it doesn't seem to have the option to do it. Does anyone know a a free software to do that?

Hieu, Microsoft's Image Resizer Power Toy is Free at the link below. Whwn it's installed all you do is right clcik the picture and choose Resize from the context menu and you'll get the resize options.

Image Resizer

There's plenty of other Free programs like Irfanview, XNView, etc. which also can resize pictures.
