Please do not give me tips on how to make my sound louder because I investigated everything and it is as far as it will go. I loved my old speaker system, it had a lot of wattage and the sound was great. There is a short in a wire, and they no longer carry my product anywhere so I had to buy a new set of speakers. I tried a few different models and brands and they had annoying cons. My newest speaker system is ok, however the wattage/volume is too low so even at full max settings it just isn't loud enough. Is there software that increases the volume of Windows XP? I know that it is possible because I use FL Studio music software and it allows me to blast the volume, however it is only used for making songs. I assume there is software that allows me to increase the overall volume of Windows. Is there? Thanks.

Greatgamer, sounds to me like you either need to up your soundcard settings (RIGHTCLICK the speaker icon) or you need amplified speakers. They offer those and they have a volume control on the speaker to boost a weak signal.
