I bought a singer embroidery machine that will only run through software downloaded onto a computer. The software will download onto my PC but it will not run. I tried it on my daughter's laptop and it runs fine but I want it on my PC. How can I do this? I am no computer genius but I can install software and have tried this 4 times with the same results. I have Windows XP Home Edition.

Sounds a bit weird to me... I would be contacting Singer or the shop of purchase for instructions

I emailed singer but haven't heard anything yet and my system meets all the requirements. I don't know what to do but wait and see what singer says, thanks.
