when i start my pc its not responding after the
screen contain information about cpu and
memory.after resart again n again when it get
started shows error report dialouge box
yahoo!toolbar assitant.my internet explorer
also not working.its processing speed is also
very slow.

have you tried to boot into safe mode?
if you can boot into safe mode then i would recommend you try and disable software you do not need when Windows loads, IE Yahoo/MSN messenger
you can do this by going to
Start >> Run >> type - msconfig
under the startup tab uncheck the items you do not want to load with windows, ensure you do not uncheck your antivirus and firewall (if you have one)
