When I try to install a new software , the installation window disappears after a time,so I can't complete the installation process.Why this happening???

Did the programs use Windows Installer or some other installer to install the programs when you experience your specific issue ?

If they use Windows Installer, then uninstall the current version and reinstall a newer version of Windows Installer from MS download area.

Some other questions you should consider:

1- Are you sure Installer window is not behind another open window ?

2- Do you wait long enough for the installation window to reappear especially when available RAM is low ?

3- Are there many programs that start when Windows starts ? Check your start-up programs and disable those that you do not absolutely need.

I did all the above things.But no use.I suspect it is because of virus..
