software does not load

Hi, In a windows 2003 domain, on some windows XP SP2 or SP3 machines a software called combustion does not load. I removed the partitions, installed the OS, AVG antivirus and few more S/Ws. Everything works fine. Then I installed combustion, after installation, I launched it, and this too worked. When after sometime the machine was restarted, only combustion does not load, the exe comes in the process but I don't see an entry in the applications (task manager). On number of other machines it works fine, I changed the RAM, HDD, graphics card but same problem. Kindly suggest how to fix it Thanks and Regards
