Is there a piece of software , free or not, which will backup files on the fly to another disk, kind of like RAID1 but whereas raid1 backups the entire disk, i want to be able to select directories/files and have them backed up as changes to them occur in real time. Does such a tool exist? For Xp Pro

Software baseds On-the-fly backup prgrams sound real good... but unless you have a fairly fast system, you can expect to see a pretty big drop in overall speed and performance.
