kindly quide me step by step..easy to follow and solve the problem,Thanks a lot in advance freiend !

momtaz, some (most) firewalls have a setting in them where you can 'allow' specific items to pass. Maybe you need to visit yours? It's usually a one time deal.

Hi again Ed..
I allowed the program, but just hear the voice.. only sound no TV image any more .. !!! something sarcastic really !
because I am using the same OS the same SP on laptop.. and further more usually I used to format and re-install OS many times and always install all other programs with the same TV program and run smoothly.. only this time? why? and after I allowed it why only sounds?I am using Wndow media player V.11. quick time, real player and all are updated.. and i have just downloded the latest codes. and the driverScanner to update all drivers..
unfortunately, I still have the same problem ! any solution?

Have you tried re-installing all your codecs?
Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.
