SNMP is SIMPLE NETWORK MANAGEMENT PROTOCOL and it uses port 161.

You should DISABLE it in SERVICES if you do not use it.

Any shortcuts or even full programs that you place inside the Startup folder will run

automatically each time you start Windows. The items displays in a particular user's

Startup folder actually come from two places:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

and

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

where username denotes a your user account configured on the computer.

So, try to remove it from the above two folders.
