Back up anything on your hard drive that is important and buy a new hard drive. Smart monitors the health of your hard drive and it detected a weakness. It will fail soon.

Backing up your data is always very wise, however I wouldn't panic too soon. Run scandisk 'thorough' and download a diagnostic from the HD manufacturers web site before you trash the drive.

You can turn off S.M.A.R.T. functionality in the BIOS if your scandisk returns clean.
