Dunno if this is the correct place to post this..hope someone out there has some help for me... My computer seems to be sluggish....but usually only when I type..i type and then have to wait for it to appear on screen..if it even does and sometimes its only first few words I typed. wierder..I have sent emails and gottin responses like I can not understand the first sentence ot last or whatever..its because when I recheck my sent mail..there is a sentence that I didn't type and its wierd. I have bought a new keyboard..added another 256 memeory..and used pest patrol thinking it was a trojan...HELP..its annoying

Ctrl + Alt + Dlt see how many programs are running in the background. If you have a lot this could be why its slow. take off the ones that are not sys files start > run > msconfig startup tab You might want to upgrade to a faster processor maybe even a faster system, if you can afford it!

It almost sounds like some form of keystroke logger. Perhaps it is a virus. I'd run Norton Antivirus if you have it. The trojan scanner was a good idea too. Also, download Spybot Search and Destroy and run that to see if it could be some form of spyware.
