I have recently bought a new custom computer, and when I turn on my computer it takes about 2-4 mins to reach the windows loading screen. When I click on my account the load is pretty fast. Please help me with my problem

You might have a USB flash drive or external HDD plugged in. Some USB devices can cause Windows XP to boot slowly.

nope, but I do have a 12 in 1 internal multi card reader. Customer service told me to try reformatting the computer with the 12 in 1 media unplugged. I don't think that's necessary, and I don't want to try to fix the problem that way.
