before i was on dial up connection sometimes i watch people web cams but the video always slow now i have fast 512 kbps connection and i still see slow video is this mean that the other party who show me thier cams also need fast connedction????

hi, pretty much all webcams are slow unless they are streamng cams.yahoo cams in large view use less then 1 frame per second and in small view use 1.5 frames per second.most cam are capable of 15 frames per second or more mine is 30 and all i can get is slow feeds.so no matter your connection speed cam will be slow. keltik

hi, i have used the super webcam feature and its about 2 or 3 frames per second still choppy and slow.having the fasted connection possible will not speed a webcam,unless like i said its a streaming cam,and i havent come across any programs that have streaming cams unless they are paysites. keltik
