slow start up or boot up

There is a great deal of information available via Google on different ways to speed up boot and common errors.
You haven't given much information about any specific problem so it would be impossible to guess.
Is this a new computer which has always had the problem. Have you recently installed any new software or hardware. Is this computer networked or does it have a network card or built in lan port.

he thankx for you're response, yes the computer is 3 weeks old, no in the beginning there was no problem, but after two weeks it started, and said that medion flash xl couldn't start, and I installed new software, yes it has an build in lan port

Try disabling the lan port in the bios.
It could be Windows waiting for a response from a network connection which it eventually times out, but causing a long delay in your boot.
Also check in admintools/event viewer to see if there are any error reports logged every time you boot.
