I On An Adsl Connection. the Speed Offered By My ISP IS 384kbps.
Well Yesterday The Speed Was still Okay But Today, The Speed Dropped Tremendously to 80kbps.Is It My Error, Or Something Wrong With The ISP?

Many factors will affect your DSL download speed, the main one being the site you are downloading from, Some are inheritently slow, some have many people downloading at the same time. You can get a download speed reading from your ISP, which will tell you whether or not your equipment and your connection to the ISP is correct. I would suspect the download site. Hope this makes sense.

Well there you go! It depends on how well the user who you are getting the file from is uploading.

On kazaa many people do not upload very fast, most of the people on it have a connection fast for downloads but not fast for uploads. Try dling something from a page lik microsoft, theyr upload is very good and if u dl at 340k/s or more then ur connection is fine.
