Just happened: slow boot, takes about 3 minutes to get to logon screen. logon screen animation = normal speed. however, takes about another 3 minutes to log on, but the desktop never fully appears. no taskbar, and cpu usage is at like 2% but nothing runs. also there is a remnant of the logon screen in the middle of my screen. what the hell. this just started happening.
