Hi
Hope someone can help.
I have just reinstalled my OS and am re installing all my programs and for some reason if i try to copy across my network the computer slows to a crawl, I have to leave it for ages to carry on.
Even copying from a usb device seems to be taking 10 times the normal time.
I have ran surface scan of HDD and all seems ok and I am not doing anything i havent done loads of times before so not sure why this is happening now???
Ta
cheers

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual way. This happens to us all the time with computers and nobody thinks of complaining. -Jeff Raskin-

After re-installing your OS you then need to install MBoard chipset drivers and Network, sound, etc. These drivers should all be on the CD that came with the MBoard, or you can download them from the MBoard site. Be sure to know what exact MBoard you have, icluding version. edit BTW, you should be aware of what 48bit LBA is and how it can affect you. Look at the link below for info on this topic and to see if it applies to your situation.
