I have read alot on using Nero Buring ROM 6.0 for slipstreaming Windows XP and XP Service Pack 2. I have Nero Express 5.5 that came bundled with my CD burner and would like to try slipstreaming with it. Would it work? Done multiple searches and come up with nothing about it.

Shouldn't be a problem. All you are doing is burning an ISO image.

Do you get the "New Compilation" wizard in the express version? The one that lets you select the type of disk you want to make? eg CDROM(ISO), CD(AUDIO) etc. One of the options is CD_ROM(BOOT) You may have Nero Express but have a liio in your start menu to see if there is a shortcut to startup Nero BurningRom and bypass the Express interface. I have nero6 and can use the express interface if I like (Which I don't) or go direct to burning rom.(which I do)

Copy all the XP files off of the cd to a folder then find where you downloaded the full network install of SP2. Go to Start>run browse to the sp2.exe file and have it in the run box then type /intergrate:path behind it to look like this
XPsp2.exe /integrate:path
remember to leave a space after exe and before /integrate.
path being the folder where you copied the XP files to.
Then go here and follow the instructions exactly.

Go to autopatcher.com and download autostreamer. It sets up and does it all except burning the iso image.

It does have the New Compilation wizard so looks like I should have no problem. Thanks.
