I have windows xp professional service pack 2 and office 2003 professional. Both are original hologaphic cds. Is it possible to slipstream office 2003 into the windows xp installation so that when i install windows from the disk it asks for the office disk and installs it with windows. I have heard that you can make custom win and office cds but i dont know if its true. If it is could someone tell me how or a link for a website with instructions.
Yours Hopefully,
Declan

You can customize a Office or a Windows install but the purpose is to minimize user interface and to make it easy to deploy or run off a script. That I know of you can't cobine both onto a CD.

You can create images of what you want to install on a server and then depoy them down to computers. Doing this you can customize it any way you want. Is this what you want to do?

Either deploy to a network install as mario suggested, or create on a DVD where you can include both aplpications.

The page below has information on creating a Windows installation that will also install Office (as well as other apps if you wish).
