Comment:

I have downloaded new update for Skype and run installation. It's stopped in the middle and shown a message:

"Removing application...
Application: {3D5E5C0A-5B36-4F98-99A7-287F7DBDCE03}, Comand line: UPGRAD... (not seen)

The older version of Skype 3.2 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

Installing Skype failed; code 1603
A fatal error occured during installation".

As I understand it is a registry problem. Do you know how to solve such please. I am not very keen in registry things.

Thanks.

never give up!

Given your situation I think I would uninstall skype and delete any references I could find using CC Cleaner after deleting it from device manager. then go to Install new hardware and follow the prompts.
