Hello,
My wife's work laptop has XP Pro and is displaying messages that it is full. On checking file and directory sizes, the WINDOWS directory says it is 15.8gb.
Assuming this is correct, can you suggest any reasons why it is so huge please?
Thankyou
Regards
Neil

You could try folder size,

To see if any particular folder is taking up the space.

I assume you have carried out a disk cleanup.

I think some spywares can cause this, so have you run antispyware software?

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.
