There are a few extra functions, particulary with Internt benchmarking.
As a registered user of Sandra 2003 I was offered 2004 at a good price. $15.27 including VAT and that also included the CD. Did you get the same offer? Mine came from JaggedOnline the UK distributor of Sandra.

Frankly, given the known bugs in Sandra that result in flakey (erroneous)readings for some of the outputs, I question whether it is worth very much.
