I dont Have the driver for SiS 6215 Display Driver For Win XP.I have tried nearly all the drivers listed in driversguide.com but couldnt get through.Kindly send the driver at my email id.I will be highly obliged.

don't think SiS made a XP driver, for the 6215. Have a look here

Very suprised that XP doesn't have it's own driver for this card....
